If you have had trouble entering the crew lounge for the 1st time please review this page to be sure your computer is setup properly and that you have the necessary software to run the application.
Most of the problems experienced with entering the lounge have to do with outdated software versions of your browser, failure to have Java enabled, or improper plug-in setup.
